 Welcome to the Banquet Rooms of Legends DePere! We are proud to offer a variety of options for your event or party-planning needs.
Although we can accomodate small groups at our other locations, only DePere has a large banquet capacity. We can accommodate groups up to 220 in our Founders Room, and we also scale our set-ups to smaller and more intimate gatherings. Each of our round tables seat a maximum of eight guests with full linen service.
 We are also equipped for classroom-style settings, if needed. We have many options to choose from, and can certainly arrrange for additional requests not listed here.
We welcome a visit to inspect our facilities personally, and ask that
you call ahead so that someone is available to discuss your interests.

Deposit Policy
A $200 deposit is required for parties booked on Fridays or Saturdays, or when we determine that a deposit is necessary. An additional $300 deposit is required 6 months prior to your group's event. The remainer is due in full the evening of your event.
Beverage Policy
Half-barrel beer prices are $155.00. Specialty beers are available upon request. Please inquire as to the cost. Soda is $1.00/serving. Wine is $18.00/bottle. Champagne is $15.00/bottle. A private bar is available at $12.00 per hour with a minimum of three hours.
Cake-Cutting Policy
$50.00 before 9:00 pm, and $75.00 after 9:00 pm.
Decorating Policy
Please inquire as to the restrictions. No confetti, please.
Change Policy
Legends reserves the right to increase our food and/or beverage prices up to 30 days prior to the date of your event should current market rates change. |
| General Policies |
| To ensure that your meeting or engagement is as convenient and efficient as possible, we support the following guidelines: |

The banquet hall will be held for one week on a tentative basis until a $200 deposit is paid. |
| • |
Food and beverages must be purchased through Legends, with the exception of cakes. |
| • |
Menu selections must be made at least two weeks in advance. We offer special Menu Entrees, Family Style Entrees, and Party Pleasers. |

Payment for all services is due upon completion of the function. Groups requesting special billing arrangements must have them preapproved by a manager and payment must be in full within 30 days. Accounts open for over 30 days will accrue interest at the rate of 1½% per month until the past due balance is collected. |

Audio-Visual equipment is available at a charge of $10.00 each: TV/VCR, overhead projector screen, easel with pad and markers, or telephone. |

Legends of DePere is not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage to customers' property or euipment. |

Legends reserves the right to assess charges for damages incurred due to misuse or abuse of equipment and/or our facility during the course of an event. |

If no food is purchased through Legends the room charge is $125.00 per day (Sunday through Thursday), and $250.00 per day (Friday through Saturday). |
